All information contained here is from data collected during the 2004 reunion
1. Do you plan to attend the reunion? Will you be bringing someone with you?
Mrs. Koenes and I will try to attend. Though it is a year away, our social obligations tend to fill up rather quickly.
2. If you are planning to attend, how far will you be traveling to get there?
Mrs. Koenes and I live in Davenport, which is approximately 50 miles from Clinton.
3. What have you been doing during the past ten years?
For many years post high school I worked in retail management with various companies (JC Penney, Bachrach) until I landed a job as a railroad executive with I&M Rail Link out of Davenport. I worked for them until the company was sold to the Iowa, Chicago, and Eastern Railroad of Sioux Falls, SD, a subsidiary of Cedar American Rail Holdings of the same locale. I decided to return to school at that time and am currently attending St. Ambrose University in Davenport. I intend to seek a post graduate doctorate in History.
4. What do you do (how employed, student, stay-at-home parent, etc)?
Refer to response #3
5. Are you single, married, divorced, or widowed? If married or
widowed, spouse's name and length of marriage.
I am very happily married to the former Ms. Michelle Bousselot and have been so since October 23rd, 1999.
6. Do you have children? If so, names and ages.
We do not have, nor do we desire to have, any children.
7. Any pets? If so, what and how many?
We have a pet cockatiel named Horus (after the ancient Egyptian falcon god, can you tell his daddy is a historian!;))

Mrs. Koenes and I just purchased a home in Davenport this August.
9. What did you do right after high school?
I don't understand this question.
10. What do you think has changed most about you since high school?
I have endured some difficult times, which have subsequently made me a great deal wiser, more able to receive and recognize the blessings in my life, and I have learned to recognize those people who have been a benefit to my life, and to cast off those who are not. And, not to be egotistical, I think i've gotten alot better looking ! ;oP
11. When is your birthday?
My birthday is August 17th, 1976.
12. Did you further your education? If so, how? (2 or 4 yr degree,
vocational, certifications, masters or doctorate, any special training, etc.)
Refer to response #3
13. Have you been in the military? If so, how long?
I was not in the military.
14. Did you work while in high school? If so, where?
I did not work while in high school.
15. What other countries have you traveled to and why?
I have not visited any other countries, although Mrs. Koenes and I hope to take the transatlantic crossing on Cunard and tour Europe for our 5th anniversary.
16. What are your hobbies and interests now?
Though I have little time for hobbies, I do enjoy reading and journal writing a great deal, I also golf, albeit infrequently. Civic interests and memberships consist of Phi Eta Sigma honor society, and I became a Freemason in 2000. I also formally became a Roman Catholic in 2002. The Freemasons, if you aren't familiar, are a charitable organization dedicated to the relief of human suffering, particularly of children (Shriners Hospitals, etc.).
17. What was your favorite high school moment(s), class(es), teacher(s), sport(s), club(s), etc?
My most memorable high school moments were not directly involved with the high school at all, but were instead enjoyed in the company of some of the best friends and idle moments of my life. It would be nice to go back to that time and go out on the river with Eric Edfors and the gang!!
18. What do you think you'll be doing (or what do you hope you'll be doing) when our 15-year reunion rolls around?
At the 15 year mark I hope to be completing my post graduate work and looking forward to being a Phd!
19. Any messages you would like to send to your fellow classmates?
No messages, particularly.
20. Who are you are most interested in seeing at the 10-year reunion? Why?
I am not necessarily interested in seeing anyone in particular at the reunion. It would be nice to visit with everyone.
