1. Do you plan to attend the reunion? Will you be bringing someone with you? (We need to get an idea how many people to plan for) I plan on attending the reunion, as of now I don't plan on bringing anyone along. 2. If you are planning to attend, how far will you be traveling to get there? Let me mapquest it for the exact miles... 1944.39 miles if I drove. I'll be flying though, from San Diego. 3. What have you been doing during the past ten years? I attended college at the University of Iowa, after graduating from there I moved directly out to San Diego. 4. What do you do (how employed, student, stay-at-home parent, etc)? I'm a software developer at a dot-com that I had a hand in starting up. Three years later and we're still in business, though I often wonder how. 5. Are you single, married, divorced, or widowed? If married or widowed, spouse's name and length of marriage. I am currently single, never been married. 6. Do you have children? If so, names and ages. No kids. 7. Any pets? If so, what and how many? I have one fat cat. 8. Where do you live? San Diego, California. 9. What did you do right after high school? I attended college at the University of Iowa. 10. What do you think has changed most about you since high school? I don't smell like chlorine anymore. Now it's salt water. 11. When is your birthday? August 6, 1976 12. Did you further your education? If so, how? (2 or 4 yr degree, vocational, certifications, masters or doctorate, any special training, etc.) I have B.S. degrees in Mathematics and Computer Science from the U of Iowa 13. Have you been in the military? If so, how long? No. 14. Did you work while in high school? If so, where? During high school (at least during the summers) I was a lifeguard and manager at Riverview Pool. 15. What other countries have you traveled to and why? Mexico, because it's 15 minutes south of my house. 16. What are your hobbies and interests now? Does Tivo count as a hobby? It certainly holds my attention for hours on end. I also surf a bit. 17. What was your favorite high school moment(s), class(es), teacher(s), sport(s), club(s), etc? I was always a fan of open campus; those poor suckers these days don't get that treat. Also, Mrs. King was bootylicious. 18. What do you think you'll be doing (or what do you hope you'll be doing) when our 15-year reunion rolls around? Hah, I can't even plan this next weekend, let alone 5 years from now. I'll probably be doing exactly what I'm doing right now; I'm pretty happy with the way my life is going. 19. Any messages you would like to send to your fellow classmates? Phil LaCroix - are you still participating in Crappiethon? 20. Who are you are most interested in seeing at the 10-year reunion? Why?

Ryan Kruse lives in San Diego, California and works as a Software Engineer. He drinks a lot of craft beer and spends his weekends cycling (so don’t challenge him to leg wrestling) and rooting for Bayern Munich. (Don’t worry, I saved you some time and looked it up. It’s a soccer team.)
