If you are planning to attend, how far will you be traveling to get there? about 90 miles or an hour and a half. 3. What have you been doing during the past ten years? going school,working. 4. What do you do (how employed, student, stay-at-home parent, etc)? registered nurse at st. lukes hospital in cedar rapids. 5. Are you single, married, divorced, or widowed? If married or widowed, spouse's name and length of marriage. married since oct 2001 to ryan behrens. 6. Do you have children? If so, names and ages.no children. 7. Any pets? If so, what and how many? 2 cats. 8. Where do you live? north liberty, iowa. 9. What did you do right after high school? went to college. 10. What do you think has changed most about you since high school? less shy. 11. When is your birthday? 11-01-75 12. Did you further your education? If so, how? (2 or 4 yr degree, vocational, certifications, masters or doctorate, any special training, etc.) emt-a certified, pharmacy tech schooling, liberal arts degree, and adn degree. went to school a total of 6 years mostly part-time as i worked. 13. Have you been in the military? If so, how long? no. 14. Did you work while in high school? If so, where? dairy queen. 15. What other countries have you traveled to and why? traveled within the united states. 16. What are your hobbies and interests now? walking, lifting weights,swimming, basically any form of exercise, boating, reading, traveling, and hanging out with friends and family. 17. What was your favorite high school moment(s), class(es), teacher(s), sport(s), club(s), etc? 18.
