1. Do you plan to attend the reunion? Will you be bringing someone with you? Yes, and I will be bringing my partner with me. (Brett Hudoba) 2. If you are planning to attend, how far will you be traveling to get there? Let's see, 6-7 hours. I don't know how that translates in miles. I'm in Minneapolis. 3. What have you been doing during the past ten years? Hmmm, well, I went to college, Augustana in Sioux Falls, SD. I majored in Art with a minor in French. Did a lot of travelling in the states and in Europe. After graduation, I stayed in Sioux Falls for 6 months working as a package designer at the Foreign Candy Company. (They make Super Sour Mega Warheads...tasty) I realized after a few months of the commute into farm country that I'm reeally more of a city mouse. I packed up and moved in 2 weeks and landed in Minneapolis. I've been here for the last 5 years. I have worked as an art consultant in a galery, the lead designer at Rainforest Cafe, and in a small ad agency. That's where I met my husband. About 3 years ago now I moved on to Target Corp, where I am today. I'm an Art director designing in-store signage, the Sunday Circular and promotional pieces. I got married last October and continue to travel with my husband and through work. 4. What do you do (how employed, student, stay-at-home parent, etc)? Art Director, Target Corp. 5. Are you single, married, divorced, or widowed? If married or widowed, spouse's name and length of marriage. Married, to Brett Hudoba, for one year on 10/11 6. Do you have children? If so, names and ages. No. 7. Any pets? If so, what and how many? 1 cat, Carmen. 8. Where do you live? We live in a condo the Lowry Hill neighborhood in Minnepaolis, near downtown. 9. What did you do right after high school? I went to college. 10. What do you think has changed most about you since high school? Hmmm...I'm blonde. I am much more comfortable with myself and a lot more adventurous. I think the life experience has taught me alot about both who I am and who I want to be. 11. When is your birthday? 4/19/1976 12. Did you further your education? If so, how? (2 or 4 yr degree, vocational, certifications, masters or doctorate, any special training, etc.) I have a bachelor's degree in fine arts with an emphasis in graphic design and a mionor in French. 13. Have you been in the military? If so, how long? No. 14. Did you work while in high school? If so, where? No. 15. What other countries have you traveled to and why? I traveled with my college choir to germany, Austria and Italy. And lived in Britain for a summer studying photography. 16. What are your hobbies and interests now? I love to travel, shop, read, decorate my home, draw, discover new clubs and restaurants... 17. What was your favorite high school moment(s), class(es), teacher(s),sport(s), club(s), etc? I loved Ms. Winkler, the art teacher. She taught me not to be afraid of who I am and to follow my dreams, even if they seem impossible. She always expected more from me than I knew I had, but taught me it was inme all the time. 18. What do you think you'll be doing (or what do you hope you'll be doing)when our 15-year reunion rolls around? Hopefully I'll have moved up within Target or I'll be somewhere else entirely furthering my career. 19. Any messages you would like to send to your fellow classmates? See you at the reunion. 20. Who are you are most interested in seeing at the 10-year reunion? Why? Everyone. I am still in touch with a couple of people, but I am interested in seeing all the people I used to see every day, and how people will iteract now that the high school hierachy is no longer in place.

Alicia Sauer has been married to Brett Hudoba for 22 years. They have two children: Urban (18) and Beringer (14). Alicia lives in Bloomington, MN and is a Freelance Graphic Designer, which I think means that she works without a net. She is currently obsessed with crocheting her own clothes, which is a cheaper hobby than heroin, but not by much. (Yarn can be expensive, folks!)
